The ARTEMis project officially commenced with its Kick-off Meetingheld on 18–20 December 2025 at the premises of the Civil Protection Directorate of the Region of Attica, the project’s Coordinator.

The three-day meeting brought together all consortium partners to establish a shared understanding of the project’s objectives, work plan and expected outcomes. Discussions focused on the operational launch of activities across work packages, the validation strategy, and the coordination mechanisms that will guide ARTEMis throughout its 36-month duration.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for partners to align technical requirements, stakeholder engagement pathways, and the roadmap for the project’s first milestones. With strong collaboration from the outset, ARTEMis sets a solid foundation for advancing harmonised, impact-based forecasting and integrated emergency management across Europe.
